Guilty Gear XX #Reload

Guilty Gear XX #Reload is crazy out of date now. But it’s a good download if you have a score to settle with a friend or something. It’s pretty much a port to PC of the original Xbox version, that was then modded & hacked like crazy to support online netplay, and custom palettes(which also work online).

I’m sure a lot of the people who view this site already know all about Guilty Gear, so I won’t go into details about this iteration of Guilty Gear too much. This however, is the game that basically defined “Anime” fighters. Air dashes, bursts, barrier, instant blocks, attack cancels, gatling combo chains, you name it, and Guilty Gear has probably done it at some point in the series.

ACS (Act Cadenza Strife) Tales Fighting Game.

ACS or Act Cadenza Strife has a 2d and 3d version. This article will cover the 2D version of the game. Act Cadenza Strife has a large cast of characters all from the tales series. It runs on the fighting game maker engine so it is MTSP or lilithport compatible. The game has controls similar to simple mode in blazblue or marvel where a direction and a button does a move. The sprites are alright, but the animations are all lacking.The game feels pretty broken, like some characters are so weak and others very, very strong. Dong Dong Never Die Feature

Dong Dong Never Die

If I was to summarize this fighting game in one word, it would have to be WTFLMAOLOL. Which really doesn’t make sense, just like a lot of things in this game. However Dong Dong Never Die breaks through the broken game barrier into hilariously funny territory, with it’s MK1 style characters, ridiculous super and special moves, as well as it’s choice sound tracks.
